Return, Cancellation and Replacement Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order by contacting us at sales@earmen.com as soon as possible after placing the order.

A cancellation request can only be approved if the order has not yet been processed, packed, shipped, or assigned a tracking number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, the customer may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy below.

All cancellation requests must be reviewed and approved by EarMen.

If an order is cancelled after payment processing, but before shipment, any non-refundable payment processing fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other direct transaction costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.


Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date the customer receives the product.

To request a return, please contact us at sales@earmen.com and include your order number, product name, and the reason for the return request.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in like-new condition, complete, undamaged, and packed in the original box with all accessories, manuals, cables, inserts, protective materials, and packaging.

Returned products must be safely packed for transport. Products damaged during return shipping because of improper packaging may be refused or may be subject to additional deductions.


Return Conditions

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product was delivered defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If free shipping was provided on the original order, our original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Any import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, or local delivery fees paid by the customer are not refundable by EarMen.

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.


Deductions from Refunds

A full refund of the product price may be issued only when the product is returned complete, unused or lightly inspected, undamaged, and in like-new condition.

If the returned product shows signs of use, wear, damage, missing accessories, missing packaging, cosmetic marks, or any other reduction in value, EarMen may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover the loss of value, replacement parts, cleaning, inspection, repackaging, testing, or restocking costs.

For products equipped with NOS tubes, the value of the product may be reduced once the tubes have accumulated operating hours. In such cases, EarMen may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to reflect the reduced value of the tubes and the product.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is returned damaged, incomplete, heavily used, modified, opened in a way that is not consistent with normal inspection, or not packed safely for return shipping.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items, except where required by law:

• Custom or special-order products
• Products made or modified specifically for the customer
• Showroom demonstration items sold as such
• Clearance, final sale, or heavily discounted items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
• Products damaged by misuse, improper handling, improper packaging, unauthorized repair, modification, or incorrect connection


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow reasonable processing time after the returned product has been received and inspected.

EarMen is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, card issuers, or currency conversion providers.


Replacement Policy

If a product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@earmen.com as soon as possible and provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos or video if requested.

In the case of an approved replacement, the customer must first return the defective or incorrect product to EarMen, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

The returned product must be complete and packed in the original box with all accessories, manuals, cables, inserts, protective materials, and packaging.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send a replacement unit or offer another suitable solution, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.


Warranty and Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer’s country or region.

Where local consumer protection laws provide rights that cannot be excluded or limited, those rights will apply.
