Shipping Policy

Please consider:

• Most items are usually shipped within 1–5 business days, Monday to Friday.

• Custom and special orders usually require at least one week to process before shipment.

• Tracking emails are sent automatically. Please check your spam or junk folder to make sure you receive tracking updates.

• For all international orders over US$299, we ship DDP — Delivered Duty Paid.

• DDP means that EarMen covers the applicable import duties, tariffs, VAT, and customs clearance fees charged for delivery to the customer’s country. For DDP shipments, the customer should not have any additional import duties, VAT, or customs charges to pay upon delivery.

• For international orders of US$299 or less, shipments may be sent DAP/DDU unless otherwise stated at checkout. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or local charges required by the destination country.

• Delivery time for international orders is usually 1–4 weeks, depending on the destination country, courier service, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

• Shipping and delivery times are estimates only. EarMen is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, local authorities, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address, phone number, and email address at the time of purchase.

• If a package is refused by the customer, not collected, or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, re-shipping costs, courier storage fees, and any other direct costs related to the failed delivery.

• Packages refused or abandoned by the customer are not eligible for a full refund. Any approved refund will be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, payment processing fees, customs-related costs where applicable, and any other direct costs incurred by EarMen.

• For DDP shipments over US$299, if the courier incorrectly requests payment of import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon delivery, please contact us at sales@earmen.com before making any payment, so we can check the shipment status with the courier.
